    These terms govern your use of Plot (plotkit.io and app.plotkit.io), operated by We Are Shapes Limited, company number 14881487, registered in England & Wales.

    By creating an account you agree to these terms.

    1. The Service

    Plot is a marketing strategy and content generation platform for accounting firms. We provide tools for content planning, AI-powered content creation and marketing strategy support.

    2. Your Account

    You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or over to use Plot.

    3. Subscription and Payment

    Plot operates on a subscription basis. Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.

    A 14-day free trial is available on all plans. No card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period you may subscribe or your account will revert to free tier access.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

    4. Your Content

    You retain ownership of any content you create using Plot. By uploading content to Plot for brand voice training you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of training your AI profile.

    We do not use your content to train AI models for other users or third parties.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use Plot to:

    • Generate misleading or fraudulent content
    • Violate any applicable law or regulation
    • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
    • Attempt to access or interfere with our systems

    6. AI-Generated Content

    Content generated by Plot is produced by AI and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. We do not accept liability for content you publish that was generated using Plot.

    7. Credits

    Some features require credits. Credit allowances are set by your subscription plan and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

    8. Service Availability

    We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will endeavour to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are Shapes Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Plot. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of Plot after changes constitutes acceptance.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
